Phase one - PLANNING
Once we have decided to work together, and we have signed a contract.

- Architectural/Designer plans.
- Finish material decisions made.
- Obtain necessary zoning/permits, testing if necessary.
- Draw plans for HOA/Permit if necessary.
Preparation
Phase two - PREPARATION
Begin demolition where necessary, ensure all material has been ordered and meet with subcontractors if necessary.

- Obtain product installation specifications
- Finalize permits
- Line up subcontractors
- Open exploratory holes to locate mechanicals/beams, etc.
- Obtain utility locates
- Designate access
- Begin excavating if necessary
- Temporary utilities if necessary

Phase three -
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
GETTING READY!

- Erect dust and finished area protection
- Conduct demolition of all necessary areas
- Meet with subcontractors if necessary to discuss findings
- Finalize sub-contractor scheduling
- Write up change orders if necessary
